If you do not utilize these insurance companies, you will be billed at the below rates. If requested, we can provide you with a Superbill.

 

Individual Counseling;

We believe that you are the experts in your life. We utilize a

collaborative, supportive approach to the counseling relationship.

RATE - $140 +

Other Fees:

Late cancellation/no show fee: $100
Medical records request: $1/page
Written summary letters, etc): $140/hr
(not prorated)
Consultation (IEP meetings, coordination of care, etc): $140/hr (not prorated)
Subpoena (request to testify): $650/4 hr block (not prorated)
